TORVIK New Venture

Investment/Fund Manager Paul Jon Thorsen establishes a new business venture following a successful decade of real estate investing in London City as an employee of well-established Fund Managers and latterly as Specialist Real Estate Advisor in the UK and Europe.

Paul commented – ‘’There was no better time to establish TORVIK because I had just finished a temporary advisory role following my exit from a London Based Fund Manager. I became disillusioned with the the array of inexperienced people working in senior positions in these companies who really shouldn’t have been there in my opinion and thought I could do better for myself. Hence setting up a Property Investment and Development business TORVIK. Part of our ethos here is that we are building a team of properly experienced and qualified experts. Real people who live in the real world.

TORVIK will offer both Sustainable Property Investment and Consulting Services initially, followed by Sustainable Residential Family Homes and Commercial/Industrial development projects as the business progresses and gains financial momentum.
