For example, in Yorkshire and The Humber, the average new build property price increased by 25.0%, while in London, the average price for flats and maisonettes rose by 10.6% (Barking and Dagenham), 6.2% (Hammersmith and Fulham), and 5.8% (Kensington and Chelsea).
